Our message consulting process leverages the science and methodology behind the Corporate Storytelling Workshop. Together we determine key message ingredients, prioritize and identify content, then practice delivery to increase confidence and wow your audience.
Defining your value proposition or designing your curriculum uses a similar collaborative approach with deep discussion but no delivery practice.

Case - Web Messaging
A large oil and gas company was updating their public-facing web site and needed help with their core messaging. Together we developed a message focused on the needs of their core audience (instead of the general public) with specific calls to action. The Manager of Strategic Issues said:

Case - Deal Coaching
A Fortune 100 company was competing on a major contract (valued over $150MM) and had a poor meeting in the qualifying round. The client said there were too many slides and they failed to see any innovation.
We were brought in to coach their final presentation. Together we focused on differentiators and key benefits, reduced the amount of content and added interest and perspective. After presenting their new message the Corporate Sales Leader for North America said:
